How do I register with Chemopet?

Simply fill out our sign up form including the details of your practice and we shall set your account up for you. Please note, account registration requires an RCVS number for a veterinary surgeon within the practice. The registration process may take up to 24 hours in order to verify the registration status of the veterinarian and to set the account up on our systems. You will receive notification by email to the address registered on the account when your account is active.

How can I place an order?
Following login, orders are placed by completing the prescription template on the ordering tab of our website.
A veterinary surgeons signature is needed to submit a medication order.
Please note that all orders will be verified prior to dispatch and you may receive a telephone call from an oncologist if any further information is required.
 
For same day dispatch, orders must be received by 3.30pm (mainland) and by 1pm for highlands and offshore (NI, Channel Islands) deliveries.
When will medications arrive?
Injectable medications will arrive on the treatment date specified on the prescription. A standard, before 12 or early before 10.30am delivery time can be selected when placing your order.
Oral medications, or medications prepared in your practice (Dactinomycin, Cytarabine & Asparaginase) can be dispatched ahead of the treatment date (please note the storage conditions required).
 
The first day for delivery of injectable medications each week is Tuesday (Wednesday following a BH)
How can I follow the progress of my delivery?
An email, confirming dispatch will be sent the night an order leaves us.
It will state patient name, medication, arrival details and include the tracking information for the order and will have a PDF invoice attached. We will also send a copy to the finance team as advised.
How do I reset my log in and password?

If you know your username, a password can be reset through the website. If the username is not known you will need to contact us directly for assistance.

What about expiry dates?

Medications will be clearly labelled with batch number, storage conditions and expiry date.

Expiry for predrawn medications will be 48 hours from the time of preparation.

How much do medications cost?

A list of products and costs are available to view once you have logged in. You will only be charged for the precise amount of medication ordered.

Can I return unused medications to the pharmacy?

Due to the regulations governing our pharmacy, unfortunately we cannot accept returned drugs back into the pharmacy. All cytotoxics can be disposed of in your cytotoxic bin for incineration.
